成大北美洲校友聯合會 National Cheng Kung University ("NCKU") Alumni Associations of North America (NCKUAANA).

This corporation is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation organized under the California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law. The purpose of this corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under such law and shall confirm the requirements of Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as it may be amended. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the specific purpose of the corporation is to:

1. To foster fellowship and strengthen communications of alumni and local associations of National Cheng Kung University.

2. To promote the welfare of National Cheng Kung University.
