2. Real Estate (1980 to present), Investment and Management in rental properties, Trades (buy and sell real estate including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties for clients),
   Mortgage/loan in Industrial, Commercial and Residential areas. Specialize in financial analysis as to real estate investments.

Community Services:

Vise President and Treasurer, Woodbridge High School Chinese Parent Association, organized annual banquet for school teachers in order to introduce Chinese culture and build the close relationship with school. Raised fund for the association and donate to school.
