職務說明：
1.Responsible for providing technical applications support, including the development and implementation of KLA-Tencor products in customer fabrication, makes presentations on all aspects of products, yield enhancement, user training, new layer implementation, generate best known method documents and other training material.
2.Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
3.Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of various factors.
4.Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
5.Frequent communication with different groups including services dept., product manager, sales, division, management and customers for project and activities.

Field Service/Technical Support Engineer

職務說明：
1. Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
2. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
3. Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site. Ensures equipment enhances customer production. Repairs and modifies equipment at customer facility.
4. Provides guidance and technical assistance to Installation Engineer on installations at customer sites or on installing/dismantling demonstration machines.

Application Engineer

職務說明：
1.Responsible for supporting wafer inspection products, including projects related to product adoption: yield enhancement, product fan-out, apps and user training, product acceptance, and new layer adoption.
2.Will drive activities at customer facilities.
3.Responsible for generating best known method documents and other training material and transferring product knowledge to worldwide applications team.
4.Will work with customers to publish papers at industry symposiums or in technical journals.
5.Will work closely with many organizations within KLA-Tencor, including engineering, sales, and marketing and with customer engineers outside of KLA-Tencor.
6.Will support the product division through demo, characterization, and new product testing. Worldwide travel up to 50% is required to support inspection products at customer fabs.
其它條件：
1.BS, MS, or PhD in an engineering/science-based discipline such as chemical/ electrical/ mechanical engineering, materials science, or physics.
2.Strong verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and English are essential.
3.Must be a well organized professional exhibiting fast-learning, project-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Flexibility is crucial as different business needs may require quick learning, teaching, teamwork, or independent work.
5.Technical and business requirements can change frequently in the IC manufacturing and equipment industry, so adaptability is important.
6.Knowledge of the semiconductor process and fab experience is an advantage and preferred.

Field Service/Technical Support Engineer

職務說明：
1. Dedicate in customer fabs, HsinChu site, to be responsibility metrology tools maintenance.
2. Troubleshoot systems to determine faults for non-performance.
3. Customers’ information data collection and analysis related to metrology tools.
4. Cost reduction and tool performance maintenance achievement.
5. Communicate between U.S. resource and customer sites, provide effective solution toward any metrology tools’ performance or spec wise concern.
6. Support new tool’s installation / upgrade, performance data collection, to achieve company’s market share or penetration goal.
其它條件：
1. Fluent English speaking, writing, and listening, with TOEIC certificate is a plus.
2. Strong computer skills with Windows base application, Excel / power point, and network function / database related.
3. With Optic probe ( OP ) or TP ( Therma-Probe ) working experience is a plus.
4. ME / EE major with bachelor degree or above is preferred.
5. Semiconductor ( process / equipment )experience is preferred, but not essential.
